The ONLY FOODIE RESTAURANT in the Foothills. We are a contemporary American bistro with a touch of Mediterranean influences. 

Our pledge is to provide healthy local scratch-made food using GMO-free, organic or all-natural ingredients whenever possible. Our ingredients will be the freshest and best from each season.
