The ONLY FOODIE RESTAURANT in the Foothills! We are a contemporary American bistro with a focus on Mediterranean foods and flavors. Bringing favorites from around the Mediterranean coast….from Spain, Italy, southern France, Greece to Morocco and Tunisia. Our pledge is to provide healthy local scratch-made food using GMO-free, organic or all-natural ingredients whenever possible. Our ingredients will be the freshest and best from each season.
We occassionaly offer a rotating Regional Menu for a week that features food from a specific area of the Mediterranean in addition to our regular Menu.
