Exceptional Meal, excpetional atmosphere.
We have made the drive up to Evergreen from Denver for 1 thing in mind. Cedar 65. It did not disappoint. What a great Mediterranean menu Larry and Sandy have created. No meats are ever frozen and there is a ton of gluten free options. We finished the meal off with a banana filled crepe with candy pecans, vanilla ice cream, and caramel. Food coma :-) I want to get up to Cedar for brunch on Sunday for some Falafel benedict... PK, Denver

I've eaten here many times since they opened. I have to say that everything was fantastic. I've had the ravioli (small plate), lamb and chorizo sliders, and today had the Mediterranean breakfast. Be sure to order the Cedar 65 Bloody Mary at breakfast! I asked for a spicy bloody mary with bacon, and they made me a special.
If you haven't be here since it was the Whippletree, you should definitely get in to eat or drink. Although not extensively remodeled, it's definitely cleaner, brighter, and overall much higher class than the previous eating establishment.
Prices in relation to portion sizes are entirely appropriate, and all of the menu items that I've tried have been different, delicious, and definitely worth the price. They also have many vegetarian and gluten free options. LL, Denver

Actually, we always love all of dishes when we come here -- but really... now that we know what great food tastes like, you can never leave. Period.

Our family enjoyed the small plates, tapas style, also the bruschettas were incredible. The menu changes frequently and the experienced chef knows how to marry the right flavors, in a fresh and well presented manner. The full bar has many local craft beers on tap, as well as some popular standbys. The beignets and tiramisu topped off a great meal.
The owners are highly visible, the chef even does his rounds from table to table explaining his art and answering any questions, this added to the intimate setting and overall experience.
Definitely a place for the "foodie" to check out, also a welcome addition the the Evergreen dining experience.
