Larry Shore is the genius behind the restaurant concept and all the menu design. His 30+ years in the restaurant business puts him in a great position to provide you with the ultimate foodie experience.
Sandy has been creating art in all mediums since she was just a small child. Now she is using her creative talents to provide a beautiful and relaxing dining experience. She has called on local artists to help decorate the Cedar 65 Gallery wall. Come by and see the work that has been chosen for this current hanging. The artwork is for sale and will change every few months, so be sure to stop by regularly.

Owner/Artist Sandy Tracey, has brought her considerable artistic proficiency to the partnership of Cedar 65. She has involved the Evergreen Art Association and other artists from around Evergreen and surrounding communities to hang their work. Artwork is rotated every three months with submissions accepted following a specific theme, so there is always something new to see on the wall in the dining room. The artwork has been well received by the public, as demonstrated by the 20+ pieces that have sold in only 10 months. Giving credibility to Cedar 65 being a “Bistro and Gallery”. Sandy is also responsible for the updating the décor in the Bar, Dining Room & Patio.
Sandy’s work has been hung in many Colorado and Arizona venues including: Main Street Fine Art Gallery in Evergreen, Louisville Art Center, as well as many of the Art in Public Places in Louisville, CO, Boettcher Mansion, CO, Vision Gallery in Chandler AZ, Tubac Center for the Arts, Gammage in Tempe AZ, Yates Gallery in Fountain Hills AZ, Tempe AZ Main Library, Providence Gallery on Main Street in Old Town Scottsdale AZ and Etoile Fine Art Gallery in Uptown Sedona AZ.
Chef Larry Shore started his training early at the tender age of 5 years old. Larry has fond memories of the good times he and his mother spent making omelets, pizza and cheesecake.
His professional career started by gaining hands on experience in the fine dining restaurants of Manhattan, NY. An experience he says every cook should have. He worked under Michelin 4 Star Executive chef Serge Backes at Serge Provencal Cuisine.
The draw of the West and Arizona brought him to the 5-Diamond Boulders Resort where he was the Chef de Cuisine in the Latilla room. Larry spent several years with the renowned House of Tricks in Tempe and L'Auberge de Sedona (another 5-diamond resort) He returned to the Phoenix Metro area to help start-up the award-winning Barrelhouse American Kitchen & Cocktails in Chandler, AZ. Larry competed and won, the 2013 Oktoberfest Chef-off competition against John Wong, the 6 time former Chef-off Champion.
A love for the mountains and the beauty of our state has brought him to Colorado. Owner/Chef Larry takes great pride in his work. He is passionate about making everything from scratch, and using only the finest local ingredients. He is always dreaming up new menu offerings so come prepared to try something new each time.
